I became a complaint help desk today...OMG! Almost like a refund department! Hey i'm not the one owning you money...so dun breath down my neck passengers. The worst thing is they refused to hang up the phone...even if u promised to check & get back to them. It is like if u dun resolve it for them today, they wun be able to find you tomorrow...haiz i am not in-charge so why find me??? (Joking) LOL i just wish they have more trust in people who is going out of the way to help them.
Whateva...sometimes it doesn't pay to be nice. My Sunday marathon was a memorable one. I was joking with my elder sisters abt how bad we might look if the guys rush past us like the world is under attack since they are all well trained in Army. In the end, they were ok...i do admire the flag bearer who can shout, lead & run fast with a flag. Hehe too bad i was too tired to go around hunting for them during the run or even after it :P Then it starts to rain soon after & we were soaking wet on the grass...in fact i miss getting drench!
Wish tomorrow would be a better day...a compliment day? Hahaha....ah tat tat.

Wanted to introduce some of the joy, laughter, miseries & tears at work. In fact, worldwide communication is fun...at the same time frustrating! There are a few types of people who can really put you off! Trust me...you dont wanna hear from them (in descending orders) :
1) Complaining passengers - Some can stool so low as to not pay ticketing fee.
2) Arrogant passengers - They believe they know more than you, then why they call in?
3) Travel agents - They always make u feel that the problems they created is your responsibilities.
4) Privacy invasive passengers - I think i need to find a marriage agency number to get them off the line.

Other than this...keke the joy at work..sort-of:
1) I once spoken to a Taiwanese who sounded like Zheng Yuan Chang...Sexy voice. I dun mind chatting for hours (".!)
2) Rich guys...you know one when they took Biz Class & looking at their frequent flyer miles.
3) Americans are usually polite n courteous.
4) Some Chinese are welcoming...wanted to visit you at office. Haha we are in Singapore, Boy ;)

Break-off dreams *Thud* Need to remind myself of the good points so i won't be negative at work. *Sign*...

This Sunday is becoming history again...
Went to the Popular book sales in Expo by a shuttle bus service in Ang Mo Kio. My initial thought was to buy some of my favorite author's books but turned out I bought Dim Sum cook book & puzzle book. There wasn't much novels except assessment books. Coincidently, Rock Climbing World Cup 2006 was going on at a nearby hall...that was really interesting. Climbers from all over 30 countries gathered to compete for $300,000 cash & title. The Spain climbers are very agile and strong, Japan & Korea have climbers as young as 16 years old...way-2-go!
Oh yea...i signed up for the Safra Sheares Bridge Run & Army Half Marathon 2006 at a booth today by chance. The Singapore Run will be held on 27 Aug (Sun) starting pt at Esplanade Drive & ending at St. Andrew's Road. Guys if u are game for it, what are u waiting for??? Join now before it is too late for a 6km or 21km run.

Welcome
