My "Shi Qi" had finally come...wat i termed as the days i have to go for interviews & get questioned like a criminal. Today, my interviewers are two pretty ladies frm USA and Taipei respectively frm XXX Airlines...held in Suntec Convention Center. This interview is different frm many tat i hv encountered so far. I was tested on both my English & Mandarin spoken & written skills...no need to guess i flung the Chinese written test. No words registered altho i noe exactly wat i shld write...see wat becum of my world w/o chinese dictionary? Haiz...their questions also differ frm the norm, where they usually asked why they shld hire u? why u want to take up this post etc. Their questions were e.g. Tell mi a time where u need to convince someone to do something for you, Some of the goals & targets at work & how u try to achieve them & many more. *Headache* I rack my brain in there for a quite sometime. It is also not easy to switch frm Eng to Chinese & back again in the conversation...Overall, my confidence drop frm 90% to 50% (SAD but still HOPEFUL)
Joke for the day, i met this guy while waiting for the interview. He tell me he is going for the managerial post & wonder if i am too...My eyes immediately drop not becoz i juz met a "manager" but do i look so old or so capable???...my respond is "I'm 19! Still hv much to learn" LOL he is a nice guy afterall, if i get in & he too...then he will be my manager. Dun PLAY PLAY.
