Feb period had been buzy, stressful yet entertaining as well. There were many changes going on in our company. New/change of policies, new workload, new patch of Res agent joining in March...hmm unable to predict how things will work out in the end. I wonder how the new class will cope under the skillful training by Vincent n Shan??? Working as a customer service agent in an airline does requires alot of passion. There are diff systems, one needs to get their geography correct, update constantly with changing promos and airlines info, prepare for the unexpected (schedule change/flights cancelation/disasters etc), co-ordinate with fellow ticketing colleagues, building rapport with customers, solving problems...the front and revenue line. It is no easy job to take each calls as your first, keeping your mood/temper in-check, putting on a smile n cheerful tone on the phone when u are "blue" too. I had to say i love the branch of colleagues i have in NWA (esp Sanying/ Allan/ Yujie/ Matthew/ John/ Brandan/ Weiling/ Hazel/ YokePin/ Simon/ Sarah), you are the reason why i'm still putting up with all the crazy things that is going on in the company.

***Stayover @ Chalet***
Went to WeiLing's chalet (PA Housing Flat) yesterday at Elias Rd. Lost my way, i dropped a stop earlier, n it takes John a bit of time to find me. Haha i was telling him i'm standing infront of the Pasir Ris Park sign n he explained he is too, but i didn't see him! Turned out we were at diff entrance lah...so funny. I stayed over, and John is so sweet to accompany an uninteresting gal like me through the nite. Haha I didn't give him a chance to sleep at all, bugging him to play board games, talk, walk to the park, eat...frm 1am to 7am. I learned alot abt myself frm him, he gave quite an accurate and easy narration of expressions n feelings i concealed so well, got a shock...he almost see thru me (Scary :P) Watever it is father John, thanks a million for listening to me n giving me advise n encouragement :)
