I went for my 1st volunteering work at Institute of Mental Health (IMH) today. An unforgettable experience...i felt i make a right choice to come. In short, the 3hr spent with them i gained more than i gave. People get the wrong impression of IMH, and the patients staying there. They are really warm-hearted people, not as crazy as you think.
The volunteers come together every 2 weeks on Sat to visit the wards, we play games, do some dancing and drawing with them. You don't need experience to do this. The next session is on 15 Mar 08. My friends out there...if you feel that you want to contribute to make someone smile because of your presence, don't hesitate & just drop by 2.30pm at IMH main lobby.

I watched this on leap year 29 Feb 08. I actually planned to watch "The Leap Year" instead, however it's a full house that day. Anyway, "P.S I Love You" is a touching and moving movie. After that show, i have the urge to go to Ireland featured in the show...beautiful grassland, interesting pubs, happy-go-lucky people etc. I do recommend this movie, i give it 5 stars!!!
Singapore Air Show 2008
I went to see the plane stunts performed by the black knights on 24Feb (Sun). It's amazing how they coordinate & get the show done...a real eye opener. Here's some pictures taken:

The queues for the buses out to bus interchange like Pasir Ris or Expo was extremely long. It's a sight to see, we look like refugees. I took 15mins to arrive at the place, but i took 2hrs to go back. Final words, nice exhibition...one time is enough.
