My verdict: embarrassing but extremely rewarding. I have to overcome the idea of stripping all the way down! Gosh...I'm separated from my sister & each of us are given individual room. The shy thought did not last long as the massage is really relaxing. It eases all the tension...an escape paradise as the place smells heavenly. A women need to indulge once in a while in this hectic society. 
It feel so good to be able to swim! Nothing beats going for a swim on a weekday evening. The public pool has fewer people, giving rooms to swim vertically instead of horizontally. Sometimes i do felt myself becoming a 2nd Michael Phelps (My Idol) Right now I'm contemplating whether to learn free style...hmm...
